Over the past ten years he has served seventeen multi-billion dollar companies and over sixty multi-million dollar companies in several capacities. Being a contractor has given Howard the freedom to pursue a number of vastly different projects, rounding out his skill sets and enabling him to tackle any project with confidence.
He’s not only used to wearing many hats, he sincerely enjoys it. Howard thrives in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same. Challenges are foundational to his personality. Working under deadline, unsupervised, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously is something he does automatically and with confidence.
In addition to being flexible and responsive he’s also a fanatic for structure. A firm believer in the lean six-sigma approach, Howard believes in applying the same level of attention to detail in his day to day projects, as well as departmental management – in order to make the most of every opportunity and asset he has available.
